It is based on natural time cycle divisions and usually works with high probabilities giving several good turns each day to the minute. This is an essential tool for intra-day traders and especially S&P or E Mini, SPY, or QQQ trades. To really appreciate how accurate it is you really need to watch 1 minute or 5 minute charts during the day but the big highs and lows for the entire day are usually at the time periods indicated.
